Estonian Ambassador to Russia Margus Laidre 28.03 met with Mikhail Gorbachev, the last leader of the Soviet Union before its demise. The two discussed world politics and the current security situation.
The Ambassador also presented Mr Gorbachev with some food for thought from Estonia’s “city of good thoughts” Tartu: a collection of articles on Pushkin by world-famous semiotician Juri Lotman who worked at the University of Tartu.
