Estonia’s consulate general in St Petersburg and its representation in Pskov are closed from 5 May 2022. Citizens can contact the Estonian embassy in Moscow for consular services and assistance. They can also go to a representation of another EU member state in St Petersburg for consular assistance.
All identity documents still in the consulate general in St Petersburg and the office in Pskov will be sent to the Estonian embassy in Moscow to be issued there. All identity documents set to be issued in the consulate general in St Petersburg or the Pskov representation will be sent to the Estonian embassy in Moscow in the future. Collecting the document requires prior registration with a consul. If you wish to collect your document in Estonia, please contact the Police and Border Guard Board.
All visa applications submitted in St Petersburg and Pskov before 25 April will be processed and passports with visa applications will be returned according to the agreed timeline.
All visa centres in St Petersburg and Pskov will continue to operate and the terms for submitting visa applications have not changed.
