Parliamentary elections are held in Estonia on 5 March 2023. The right to vote abroad applies to Estonian citizens living abroad permanently and to voters who are temporarily staying abroad and are included in the list of voters.
Estonian citizens have three options for voting in a foreign country: in a foreign representation, by mail or electronically.
In a foreign representation
You can vote in the Embassy of Estonia in Moscow (Kalashnyy pereulok 8) on two days:
- 18th of February from 10:00 to 14:00
- 21st of February from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00
By mail
In order to vote by mail, you must send your application with a copy of your passport to the Embassy no later than 3 February 2023. After receiving the application on time, the Embassy will send you election documents by mail. Fill the documents and use official courier service to send the documents back to the address of the Consular Section of the Estonian Embassy in Moscow (Address: Kalashnyy pereulok 8, 125009, Moscow) no later than 21st of February.
You can vote electronically on the website valimised.ee/en from 9:00 on 27 February until 20:00 on 4 March 2023 (around the clock).
