Estonian Embassy in Moscow has stopped accepting visa applications from Russian and Belarusian citizens

Starting from 10 March 2022  it is not possible to submit visa applications in Estonian Representations in Moscow and Minsk and in Visa Centres of External Service Providers in the Russian Federation and Belarus.

We shall continue receiving visa applications by Russian and Belarusian citizens wishing to visit family members in Estonia, as well as on humanitarian grounds, e.g., serious illness or funeral of a close relative.

Visa applications can be accepted from RU and BY citizens on exceptional cases:

  • Applicants whose direct descendant relative (children and their descendants) or ascendant relative (parents and their ascendants) or spouse is an Estonian national, holder of an Estonian residence permit or the right of residence (EU citizens living in Estonia).
  • Visiting a funeral or a very ill close relative in Estonia.
  • Applicants travelling to Estonia to get medical treatment. NB! SPA clients do not fall under this exception.

All visas issued to date shall remain valid until the date of their expiration.
